How many upgrades are there every year? And will they affect our customisations?
NetSuite rolls out two version upgrades a year. About two months before the upgrade, NetSuite provides you with an extra copy of your NetSuite production instance so you can review the sneak peek guides and see where you wish to turn on the new functionality. Upgrades don’t impact or delete your customisations.
Can we connect our website to NetSuite?
Yes. If you are starting from scratch, you can use the NetSuite eCommerce module for your website from the outset. But if you already have a website, never fear! NetSuite comes with a wide range of connectors so you can integrate directly to your website.
Can our customers log in to NetSuite to place orders, download bills and make payments?
NetSuite comes with a free customer portal. There’s no charge for your customers to access it, and your users can also enter sales orders into it.
Can NetSuite manage multiple companies or entities?
Yes, with the One World module.
Can NetSuite handle multi-currencies?
NetSuite multi-currency management supports 190+ currencies and exchange rates. It provides real-time currency conversion and financial consolidation for all your global operations.
Can I write my own reports in NetSuite?
Sure can. NetSuite comes with around 200 standard reports, and you can customise any of them and save then as personalised versions.
Can NetSuite produce a business activity statement or GST statement for tax reporting?
Yes. It’s a standard function.
Does NetSuite meet IFRS15 and 16 accounting standards?
Yes, it does!
Where does NetSuite host our data? And what’s the uptime?
NetSuite’s datacentres are all around the world including Seattle, Santa Clara, Chicago, Boston, London, Dublin, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam. A further datacentre is planned for Australia in 2021.
