Kristy is the Chief Executive of our New Zealand business. She is accountable for ensuring our customers’ expectations are met and that our business strategy continues to align with the needs of our local market.
 
Kristy has decades of leadership experience in various senior executive roles, initially working within the commercial sector at large national and multi-national organisations. For the last 15 years, she has been a leader in the technology sector.
 
Her years of experience managing business performance within the commercial sector provide her with a unique lens into the imperatives of successful business operations and the nuances of how people, processes and technology must come together to achieve optimum performance. This knowledge, coupled with decades of developing high-performing teams, puts her in great stead to ensure our customers’ and people’s ambitions are realised.
 
Kristy has grown our Microsoft business into the award-winning practice it is today, having most recently held the Chief Microsoft Officer role across Fusion5 in Australia and New Zealand. This team holds many accolades, such as the ANZ Microsoft Business Applications Partner of the Year for 2024, New Zealand Country Partner of the Year for 2021, and 9 consecutive years’ membership in Microsoft’s Inner Circle for Business Applications (representing their top 1% of Business Applications Partners).

Rebecca is one of the founding members of Fusion5.

With over 25 years of experience in business and application software, including senior roles with IBM, Coopers & Lybrand, Ernst & Young and CapGemini, Rebecca has played an integral role in building Fusion5 into a world-class company.  

Extremely adaptable, Rebecca operates from the position of always doing what’s right for the customer and for the business. 

Rebecca holds a BA and BCom from Otago University. A competitive swimmer (at a national level), she’s no stranger to challenges. Her approach to any obstacle is to knock them off one-by-one, focus on competencies and skills, and then put yourself out there again to find more success.

Richard is a non-Executive Director of Fusion5 and leads our ERP and Managed Services teams in New Zealand. Richard brings over 25 years development, integration, enterprise architecture and management experience in both large corporate and government sectors within New Zealand and overseas.  

Richard is 100% service delivery focused and motivated by delivering successful outcomes for customers.

Becky is the Chief Operating Officer for Fusion5. She oversees consulting services and ensures they are meeting scope, time, budget and quality expectations. She also provides team members with leadership, guidance and mentoring.

Backed by 20+ years’ experience building and managing highly successful delivery, sales, and marketing teams in consulting and professional services businesses. Her work spans multiple industries and business processes, across multiple product sets including software development, ERP, SRP, business intelligence, and CRM.

Becky has a real passion for building high-performance teams and delivering benefits to businesses. She is a visionary leader who always has an eye to the future.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from California State University and an Executive Certificate of Management from Henley Business School.

Shannon is the Director of JDE, Integration and Innovation for Australia and New Zealand. He predominantly works across five main areas: Internet of Things (IoT), social media, cloud, enterprise mobility and big data.  

Shannon is recognised as an industry leader in enterprise mobility, cloud and analytics for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). He’s also a JD Edwards expert, with over 20 years’ experience in building and designing JDE sites. He holds a certification in Amazon Web Services architecture, which underpins many of his modern design techniques, especially when it comes to integration and ERP.  

Passionate about sharing knowledge, Shannon is an avid blogger. He enjoys troubleshooting problems and recording his findings on his blog. He strives towards standardised, cost-effective innovation to help businesses make IT work for them, not the other way around.

In her role as the Director of HCM and Jemini, Vickie leads our Trans-Tasman team who are responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of our HRIS solutions. Vickie is passionate about delivering successful projects and ensuring our customers achieve their strategic and commercial outcomes.

Having joined Fusion5 in 2006, Vickie has extensive experience implementing, supporting, and providing business critical People Systems for our customers. As well as her experience within Fusion5, Vickie’s prior roles across different industries in both the payroll and HR space provided a solid foundation of practical business experiences. This ensures she can provide well rounded advice and assistance to our customers.

Craig is Executive Director of Strategic Growth for Fusion5, focusing on key growth areas for the business. He provides leadership in high growth businesses such as Managed Services, Data, Integration and expansion to other territories. 

With over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Applications across three continents, Craig has the unique ability to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes to deliver real value to our customers. He has held executive roles in consulting, advisory and technology organisations across a wide range of industries over the years. 

Personable and highly knowledgeable, Craig has good people management, general management and business development skills. He’s very comfortable working with people at all levels and, with a strong consulting background, is passionate about adding value through technology.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand, Articles in Intellectual Property Law and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.

Matt leads our Microsoft Australia business. 

His job is to combine and maximise the power of Microsoft applications across all business pillars, including applications, data, managed services, and integration, enabling us to offer our customers high-value industry-based solutions.

After working in sales and marketing in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, Matt discovered an affinity for data analysis and moved into management and then technology consulting. 

Matt is an enthusiastic, results-focused leader keen to encourage customers to look at the big-picture benefits and outcomes of working with an innovative, award-winning full-service partner.

Jacob is Fusion5’s Chief Financial Officer for New Zealand and Australia. He oversees and guides our business's strategic direction from a financial perspective.

With over 15 years of experience in senior financial roles in the enterprise space, Jacob has an appreciation for Fusion5’s strong business model and the teams – from senior leadership to legal – that he works with. He’s known for his calm, capable, and strategic approach to financial management. 

Jacob has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sci) from University of Melbourne.
