Fusion5 and CloudNFP provide integrated disability services business system for OAK Possability
Leading Tasmanian disability service provider, OAK Possability, has partnered with Fusion5 to implement CloudNFP. CloudNFP is an integrated business system which meets the requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Formed in 2016 from the merger of two major providers, OAK Possability continued to provide a wide range of services to new clients emerging under NDIS. The organisation’s new scale of operations meant that a new business system was a priority.
OAK Possability selected Fusion5 from a significant field of contenders. Fusion5’s success was based on their experience in the NFP sector, and their proven NDIS-compliant and integrated ERP, CRM, Client Management and Payroll/HR system based on NetSuite, Enrite Care and EmpowerHR.
“CloudNFP is right for our business,” says John Rowland, Director of Projects and Business Performance, OAK Possability. “The products that make up CloudNFP will support us as we become more focused on building relationships, delivering new services, and then being able to demonstrate that we've contributed to the people we work with meeting their goals.”
CloudNFP also allows OAK Possability to give their staff mobile access to data - critical for the NFP sector – as well as make immediate claims for government funding.
“One of the major advantages of CloudNFP is being able to deliver support under the NDIS without a whole heap of manual intervention,” says Mr Rowland. “Now, we can focus on the work we are passionate about – which is delivering quality services.”
CloudNFP is being rolled out in stages, starting with the client-centric functionality. The full solution is expected to be up and running by early 2018.
