JANUARY 2021: Fusion5 confirms it is in discussions with Waterman Capital, to support the business applications company's growth strategy and goals in New Zealand and Australia.
A formal announcement will be made if agreement is reached.
Fusion5 most recently announced its acquisition of Mindfull, a leading business intelligence consultancy, positioning the company as one of the largest providers of CPM solutions in New Zealand. The purchase pushed Fusion5's portfolio out to over 900 customers and 470 staff across nine offices.
