Your Mission: 

  • Drive new business – Identify, qualify, and close new Integration deals in our primary industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Central Government, Enterprise organisations across Manufacturing, Agri-business and Retail. 
  • Build a high-value pipeline – Develop prospecting strategies that convert leads into long-term clients. 
  • Own the sales process – Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase Fusion5’s impact, prosecuting sales opportunities from leads through to signed agreements with high energy, dedication and focus 
  • Accomplished relationship manager capable of building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and prospects based on business impact value 
  • Engage C-level executives – Position Fusion5 as a strategic partner for business transformation. 
  • Exceed targets – Crush sales goals and grow your portfolio of satisfied clients. 

What You Bring: 

  • Proven success in B2B sales – At least 3+ years selling Integration, Data Management, Cloud, Managed IT, or Security services. 
  • Deep technical and business knowledge – Confident in discussing Integration, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Security at an executive level. 
  • Relationship-first mindset – Ability to connect with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders and communicate business impact effectively. 
  • Self-starter mentality – A hunter by nature, with a drive to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals. 
  • Excellent communication skills – Both written and verbal, with a consultative approach. 
  • Competitive, tenacious, and driven – A passion for technology and the desire to win in a fast-paced market. 
  • Has experience in the complex business application solution selling space 
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate 
  • Collaborate with marketing – Leverage campaigns and demand generation initiatives to drive opportunity. 
  • Work with integrity in your relationships and actions
