Fusion5 is looking for an experienced individual for a Project & Program Coordinator based in either of our Wellington or Auckland office locations. This role is critical to our continued success as part of the Fusion5’s Professional Services team, working with Project Managers, Project Delivery Managers, Consulting Managers and operationally supporting our business leaders.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside seasoned Project Management professionals and be part of a PMO team focused on delivering project and program excellence.
This role will involve working on Australian client projects, so you will be required to work between the NZ hours of 10:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday.
What is involved:
- To support Project and Program Managers in complex project delivery across a range of products, services and teams
- Oversee day-to-day operations of allocated complex projects and programs
- Support the PMO in project quality and process improvements
- Apply provision of project administration support assisting in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- To ensure the projects align with agreed timelines and PMO standards
- To act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and team members in assistance to the Project Manager
- To maintain detailed project documentation for consistency and in accordance with our QMS
- Support the natural evolution of our programs and build centralised capabilities to support Fusion5 growth into a System Integrator.
What do you need:
- Worked in a professional services environment
- 2- 4 years’ experience in an IT project coordination role
- Familiarity with program, project management tools and software including Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to listen, advise, and provide support to project team
- Proven experience in always delivering a high standard of output
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on progress and improvement strategies
- Effective communication skills.
