About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our mid-market sales efforts. Based in Auckland, you’ll inspire and manage a high-performing sales team while driving customer success through the unique value of Microsoft solutions. You’ll identify new business opportunities, foster key stakeholder relationships, and enable business transformation for our mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively lead your team within a high-growth organisation, keeping them motivated and agile as market conditions and customer needs evolve in a digitally enabled environment
- Hold your team accountable for maintaining operational rigor, ensuring accurate reporting on key metrics such as pipeline tracking, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
- Drive adoption of processes, procedures, and tools that deliver competitive business insights, trends, and analysis to achieve strategic goals
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth across targeted industries aligned with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, both internally and with Microsoft
- Collaborate with Solution Strategists and Business Development to understand client outcomes and tailor Microsoft solutions for interconnected ecosystems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, staying ahead of industry developments to refine strategy
- Represent Fusion5 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and capabilities.
About You: You’ll bring a wealth of experience and skills to the role, including:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in the systems integration or business applications sector
- A proven track record of successfully managing teams to meet or exceed sales targets
- Deep understanding of systems integration, business applications, and technology solutions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
