Fusion5 is in an exciting time of growth and looking for a talented AI Solutions Developer with a strong IT technical background who can demonstrate industry experience in a customer-facing or internal IT role in our Melbourne or Auckland office in 2025. This individual needs to be hardworking, self-motivated, and capable of developing AI-driven applications for internal use.
What you need:
- Proven expertise with low-code platforms (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, M365) and experience in integrating these with Azure AI
- Proficiency in Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services) with experience deploying AI-driven applications
- Strong coding skills (e.g., C#, Python) to facilitate effective AI application development on Azure
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) to track and manage multiple projects effectively
- Knowledge of secure data handling practices and compliance requirements in AI development
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and the full SDLC
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles to improve the usability of low-code applications
- Minimum of three years in a development role, with a focus on Azure and AI-driven solutions
- Proven experience in both low-code and pro-code environments, with a track record of delivering robust, user-centred applications
- A relevant Tertiary qualification is preferred
- Relevant certifications in technology areas are not essential but desirable
