We are seeking a talented AI Business Analyst to collaborate closely with our internal systems team, business units, and AI stakeholders in our Melbourne or Auckland office in 2025. Your role will involve identifying AI opportunities, analysing business requirements, and implementing AI-driven solutions to meet Fusion5’s strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify AI opportunities by analysing business processes to pinpoint areas where AI can add value and drive innovation
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements specific to AI solutions
- Assess data quality and applicability for AI model development
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and validate AI models
- Facilitate AI solution integration into existing workflows and provide training support
- Monitor AI implementations and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office and work process flowcharting tools
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of business analysis experience in a large organization
- Proven experience with creating business and functional specifications
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and testing
- Experience in AI solutions or data-driven projects (desirable)
- Relevant tertiary qualification
