Fusion5 is in an exciting time of growth and we are looking for a talented and engaging Sales Executive to join our team based in Sydney or Brisbane in 2025. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. 
 
We are looking for a dynamics and results-driven Sales Executive who enjoys engaging with customers, listening to customer wants and pain points, using their insight to design and create what customers need. If you’re passionate about technology, skilled in consultative selling, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.   
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record of success in an ERP sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to solving client challenges.
  • Experience selling non-ERP Microsoft platform solutions (nice to have)
