We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic D365 CE & Power Platform Developer to join our vibrant (and busy) Internal Business Systems team. The role is preferable located in Melbourne or Auckland. This exciting role is pivotal in supporting the systems that enable our 850 people strong workforce to deliver enterprise class service to our 1300+ business customers.

We are passionate about ensuring our internal projects are successful and our people supported. We utilise Agile Project Management and DevOps tools backed by project, program and support management. We’re looking for a strong player who can:
- Provide development and integration expertise
- Work with the team to develop detailed designs, technical specifications and data models to meet our defined requirements
- Design, test and deploy business solutions
- Work with other members of the technical team to deliver large projects
- Communicate effectively with customers at all levels
The successful candidate will have some of the following:
- Technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including development of Plugin Assemblies, Web Resources and Dataverse Customizations
- Experience across elements of the Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate
- Experience with writing unit tests
- Experience with Microsoft technologies an advantage including .NET, C#, SQL, SSIS and SSRS
- Experience with web development is also an advantage, including HTML, CSS, and TS/JS
- Microsoft Azure experience, e.g. App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus
- Microsoft technical certifications (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
- Agile project delivery experience
- DevOps work management
- Ability to address/rationalise application issues and understand the technologies supporting the application
- Excellent documentation skills including developing functional and technical specifications
- Drive to rapidly deliver value through complex Dynamics CRM implementations.
