Join our Dynamics 365 Commerce Finance and Operations team here at Fusion5 and become a vital part of delivering business value to our customers. As a D365 Integration Consultant you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our integration delivery for our customers.

Your expertise in analysing, documenting, and communicating integration requirements will be essential. You will serve as a bridge between stakeholder needs and technical solutions, ensuring our project delivery remains at the forefront of the industry. You will have the ability to collaborate across all aspects of any business, challenging conventions and contributing to an environment that prioritises creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Your insights and analysis will directly influence our project deliverables and add to its current success and future expansion.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing, documenting, optimising, and validating the current and future state of business processes across various business and industries
  • Collaborating with end users, and stakeholders to identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Working with our technical team to ensure architecture aligns with the business requirements
  • Liaising with the customer when process clarification or alteration may be required during the project.

Skills you will bring:

  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O tables and integration
  • Experience in commerce and retail is highly sought after.
  • Lead workshops and speak in depth about Integrations that connect with marketplaces, website, and POS systems. 
  • Hands on integration knowledge as to be advise and speak on a technical level and then possess the skills to perform the configuration, test and train.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in the grey
  • Understanding of advanced integration principles of Dynamics 365 Commerce and Finance and Operations
  • Understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and systems to facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and executives
  • Skill in prioritising requirements based on business value, urgency, and feasibility to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT.
