About the role:

The Microsoft Alliance Lead will manage and grow the strategic partnership between Fusion5 and Microsoft. The role requires developing and executing joint business plans, driving co-selling and co-marketing activities, and ensuring close alignment between both organizations to achieve shared business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong operational and executive relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft to drive joint business initiatives
  • Maintain prominence with Microsoft by retaining our strategic managed partner status, positioning Fusion5 as the go-to partner in our region across the full Microsoft portfolio
  • Ensure Fusion5 attains and extends Microsoft competencies critical to our business growth strategies and funding access
  • Drive co-selling and co-marketing activities to achieve mutual business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Microsoft to drive revenue growth and expand Fusion5’s market presence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft’s strategic direction to ensure Fusion5 remains competitive and aligned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, preferably with Microsoft or similar organisations
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s partner programs, funding models, and competencies
  • A track record of driving co-sell initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strong business development acumen and experience driving co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute joint business plans effectively
  • Knowledge of industry trends and an understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem is highly advantageous.
